Richard Newport is by the court appointed Guardian of Asa and Calvin Newport
orphans. Whereupon the said Richard entered into Bond with Joseph Kelly his
security in the sum of three hundred dollards conditioned for the faithful
discharge of said Guardianship.

[I couldn't find any records for Richard in the earlier 1812 or 1811 sessions.]
