I think he has to be the Albert who married Sarah Hurley, but the ages don't quite match. This Albert is shown born about 1878 on the census up to 1900. He is the only Albert born about 1878 NC. Albert who married Sarah is shown born about 1883 on the censuses from 1910 to 1930. The earlier censuses show only one Albert born about 1883, Charles Albert. I'm fairly certain that Albert died in 1920 and is buried in Mt Pleasant cemetery with a couple of his brothers, and thus can't be the one who married Sarah.
