I Madison Rigsbee of Rush County Indiana
being of sound mind and disposing memary
do make and publish this my last will and
testament hereby revoking any wills made by
me heretofore.

Item 1st It is my will that at my death all
my property both real and personal shall be
the property of my wife Mary Rigsbee during
her natural life time.

Item 2nd At the death of my wife Mary Rigsbee
all my real estate to be the property of my
son Marshall Rigsbee providing he shall pay
to my daugher Flora E Swaim or her heirs
the sum of two thousand (2000) dollars.

Iterm 3rd It is my will that at the death of my
wife Mary Rigsbee any personal property she
may have shall be equally divided between
my son Marshall Rigsbee and my daughter
Flora E Swaim.

Item 4th I nominate and appoint my son
Marshall Rigsbee the Executor of this my last
will and testament.

Signed by said testator in our presence and
signed by us in his presence.
