Some RootsWeb entries say she was Sarah Broad d/o John Broad c1680 + Barbara (unknown).
It looks like that John Broad is the one who married Barbara Stone, Thomas Cole's maternal grandmother, after her first husband Dennis Garrett died. Dennis died in 1691, so conceivably John Broad + Barbara could have had a daughter c1695.
Also note that she had a son named Broad.
However, John Broad's will says his children were Thomas and Jane.
