On 1685-03-02 Edward Mumford conveyed a 100-acre tract called Long Island Point to Thomas Stone
and Dennis Garrett.
In 1692 Thomas was a taxable in the North side of the Patapsco Hundred.
On 1691-03-01 he conveyed Long Island Point to the children of Dennis Garrett and wife Barbara.
In 1694 Thomas Stone was a taxable in the North side of Patapsco Hundred.
In 1695 Thomas Stone was a taxable in the North side of Patapsco Hundred.
In 1705 he conveyed 50 acres of Long Island Point to George Cole.

Stone and Dennis Garrett the 100-acre tract "Long Island Point" on the
northwest branch on north side of Patapsco River, adjoining to land of
Alexander Mountney.
Witness: Olliver Haile, Clerk Thomas Hedge
Grantor acknowledges before Col George Wells and Mr Edward Bedell, com-
misioners. Clerk Thomas Hedge attests.

Bond 1685/6-03-02; Edward Mumford, planter, of Patapsco, obliga-
ting himself to Thomas Stone and Dennis Garrett for 20,000 pounds of
tobacco as security for performance of covenants in deed of same date.
