I originally had her as Margaret Gaines, but Margaret Amundson, professional genealogist, has pointed out that is incorrect.
It's known that the Margaret who married Simon Miller and Hugh French first married John Prosser. This can be shown from Simon Miller's will, mentioning his wife's son Anthony Prosser. Anthony was born by 1673.
Daniel Gaines signed his will in 1682. His daughter Margaret is apparently recently married at the time. Other records indicate Margaret was born after 1662. Thus she cannot be the mother of Anthony, nor the wife of Simon Miller and others.
