The petition of Mrs Ida Dixon of Carroll
County shows that Lottie Rigsby
of said County aged 12 Yos Oct 18th 1915
years
is Minor child of J M Rigsby
late of said County deceased and is entitled to receive from
J M Rigsbys estate
an estate worth some Three Hundred __Dollars
It is necessary that a Guardian should be appointed to take charge of her person
and property Petitioner prays to be appointed such Guardian and asks that the
usual citation may issue and be published in that behalf
she being a sister of said Lottie Rigsby

subscribing the oath and giving the bond required by law the amount of said bond
being hereby fixed at Six Hundred
