I thought this was the Peter who married Catherine Siegrist, but that is wrong.
That Peter was brother of a Nicholas Sentz who also lived in York Co PA.

I think this Peter is the one who died in 1807 in Baltimore Co MD. His uncle and cousin appear to be accounted for after that date.
His will is supposed to be in file #184, Bk 8, P291, Baltimore Co., Maryland.
It is supposed to have been written 1807-01-30 and proved 1807-05-23.

I may have him confused with his cousin Peter.
