I'm fairly sure he was the father of Jacob Zentz who married Christiana Munn. Jacob's descendants DNA-match me, and Phillip apparently lived near Christiana's father. I'm pretty sure I have all the other lines from Peter and Maria correct, and this is the only place Jacob could fit.
Did he also have a son John c1810?
