3. Ezekial preceded his mother in death.
4. Sealey, Selah, Celia m. William Marcum on 7 Nov 1817 in Wake County
5. Rebecca m. Charles Hudson on 22 January 1823 in Wake County they moved to Dickson County Tennessee, and then to Kentucky.
6. Nancy m. Wesley Bird on 9 Dec 1824 in Wake County
7. Delilah b. abt. 1804 m. Abel Maynord on 25 May 1824 in Wake County
8. Frances m. Green Franklin on 17 March 1829 in Wake County

I William Weatherspoon Jr of the County of Wake
and the State of North Carolina being weake in body but
in sound mind and memory. As such worldly property as
god has blest me with. I give and dispose as follows, that
is to say in the first place I lend to my beloved wife Mary
Weatherspoon my plantation and negro boy Wilson
and stock of all kinds her natural life or widowhood.

I also give Willis Weatherspoon one hundred acres of Land
where he now lives to him and his heirs forever.

Also I give the hundred acres of land where I now live
to James and Ezekiel Weatherspoon and also Wilson to
be equal divided to the said James & Ezekiel Weatherspoon
to them and their heirs forever. And also I give my
Girl Children my personal property to be equally devided between
Nancy Sealy Rebecah Delila Frances Bethina Weatherspoon to
them and their heirs forever. This being my last Will
and testament. Witness my hand & seal this 31 day of
August in the Year of our lord one thousand eight
hundred and seventeen.
