the same par and Co, ___ acres, part of sd Fleet's own dividend bought of Capt William Brocas Esqr.
Boundries given at length but nothing to identify the land at this date.

planter, for a sum of tobo already pd, a parcel of land, acreage not
shown, being part "of my owne Divydent" bought from Capt Wm Brocas
Esqr, adjoining a tract formerly sold by said Fleet to said Abbrighton
and running along the barrens, etc.
