His wife is generally given as Agnes Washburn, but this is wrong.
From the Jackson family genforum, message 11854:

I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but in the January 2000 edition of the New York
Genealogical and Biographical Record, it was proven by a top level genealogist that Agnes
Washburn did not exist. She was a combination of theories derived from assorted sources over
the generations, and the combining of these was proven to be severely flawed....in other words,
there is no possible way. It is unfortunate, but I encourage people to correct their research, as this
connection is no longer valid.

Genforum message 17042 points out that Robert was married three times: once to an Agnes, once to a Miss Washburn, and one other time. Agnes was not the Washburn.

On May 25 1683
I Robert Jackson of Hempstead in the North Riding of
Yorkshire, Long Island in New York make this my last will and
testament. I give to my wife Agnes six cows, two oxen,
one horse, one mare, two three old cow kind and four two
years olds and two yearlings. Also all such household goods,
that are left in the house which she brought with her.
Likewise I give my said wife two of my lesser sort of brass
kettles to add to hers -- also I give her four of my
pewter dishes with four plates and four torrengers and
my lesser flaggon and one of my pewter tankards to add to
her pewter that is left in the house she brought with her.
I give unto her my feather beds with a bolster and pillows
together with a pair of sheets and a pair of blankets and
a rug and the curtains that hang about my bed to add to her
bedding which is left in the house she brought with her.
I gve my said wife five pounds in silver money and fifty
yards of linen cloth some of one kind and some of another
such as is in the house -- also to add to her clothing I
give unto her one piece of serge. I give unto her two swine,
also 10 bushels of wheat to be paid yearly for the term of
five years provided that she live unmarried and unburried so
long, but if she be either married or burried then the said
wheat shall cease to be paid to her or to any upon her
account -- also I do allow her to live in my now dwelling
house so long as she lives unmarried & unburried and that she
have half the home lott next to George Hewlitt so long as
she remain unmarried and unburried -- But if she marry or is
buried then I will that my said house and the said half of
the home lott return to my son John. Also, I give unto her
some wooden vessels and so I cease giving to her. I give
to my son Samuell Jackson 5 mares, my cloak, and four pounds
in silver and to his wife a hood and scarf & to every one of
his children a piece of eight. I give to Nathaniel Cole
Junior the son of my daughter Martha, deceased, two cows and
if any come to enquire for a portion for my daughter Martha
deceased, I bequeath unto him 5 shillings. I appoint my
son John Jackson my son and heir to be my sole executor...
after my legacies have been distributed I bequeath all the
balance of my estate solely to my son John Jackson and his
children.
