I think this is the Elizabeth Rigsby who married in Rockcastle Co KY 1873-12-07 William A Quillen.
But one genealogy says she married Elijah Boring.
In Maretburg cemetery, Rockcastle Co KY is Eliza J Rigsby Boreing 1852-02-25 d 1906-03-06.
On the 1900 census in Rockcastle is Eliza J Boren 51 w/o Elijah. They have been married 38 years.
This Elizabeth was still with her parents on the 1870 census, so can't be Elijah's wife.
On the 1880 census William Quillin is in Orange Co IN. His wife is Mary M c1855 OH.
