He has to be the R Rigsby who married in Glynn Co. He served in the Cavalry from there, and his brother is there on the 1900 census. He should also be there, but I haven't been able to find him.
The 1910 census says they have been married 13 years, and the 1930 census says he first married at age 26. Percy was born in 1889. Did Rufus wait 4 years to marry Emily (unlikely)? Did they marry twice? Was Percy her son by someone else (married or not)?
