Arlie L Rigsbee, 55, of Indianapolis, manager of the insurance de-
partment of the Fletcher Trust company, was dead today from fir-
ing three bullets into his head, authorities reported.
Rigsbee committed suicide in Rush county, two miles north of
Manila. He had written a special delivery letter to his wife, Mrs
Rosemary Basson Rigsbee telling her where she would find the body.
