I Samuel Wilson of the oblong
in Dutchess County and colony of New York being
weak in body but of perfect mind and memory...

I will that all my debts that I in justice owe to
any person or persons be paid out of my estate so soon
as convenient after my decease and being sensible
that my personal estate will securely pay all my
just debts, I hereby set over my lot of land con-
taining thirty acres lying in that lot of land in the
oblong known and distinguished by No Sixty which
thirty acres I bought of my son in law Elijah
Phelps Reference being had to the deed may more
plainly appear which land is to be disposed of at
the discretion of my Executor. And the residue of my
estate I dispose of in the manner following

Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my daugh-
ter Jemima Phelps the sum of ten shillings York
money additional to what I have already given
her to be paid in the space of twelve months
after my decease.

Item I give and bequeath unto
my daughter Sarah Haly the sum of fifteen shilling
York money additional to what I have already given
her to be paid in the space of twelve months
after my decease.

Item I give and bequeath to my
Grandson Caleb Waddam the son of my daughter
Keziah Clarry the sum of ten pounds York money to be paid
to him at the age of twenty one years.

Item I give
and bequeath to my granddaughter Mary Wilson
the daughter of my son Ebenezer Wilson deceased the
sum of fifteen pounds York money to be paid to her
when she arrives at the age of eighteen years.

Item I give and bequeath to my granddaughter Ester Wilson
the daughter of my son Ebenezer aforesaid the sum of
fifteen pounds York money to be paid unto her when
she arrives at the age of eighteen years. And if either of
these children shall die before they arrive at the age
of eighteen years then the estate shall be given to the
surviving child and if they both die before they arrive
to the age of eighteen years then their estate shall decend
to my son in law James Cleary and my daughter Keziah his
wife.

Item I give and bequeath unto the widow Elizabeth Daly late of
Sharon now resident at my house my bed and bedding
and liberty to live in my house during the term of her
widowhood and when said term is expired then the house to
return to my son Cleary and his wife aforesaid.

And the residue of my estate both real and personal, lands and movable
I give and bequeath to my aforesaid son in law James
Cleary and Keziah his wife to them and their heirs for
ever.

And I do hereby constitute and appoint my aforesd
son in law James Cleary and Capt Stephen Hopkins
to be the Executors of this my will and testament and I do
hereby make null and void all my former wills declaring
this and only this to be my last will and testament.

In confirmation whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal the day and year above written.
