the foreteenth day of July one thou
sand seven hundred and sixteen I Mary Hoskins of Winsor in the
county of Hertfurd being sick and weake of body but of perfect mind
and memory...do make and ordaine this my last
wil and testament, and firstly my will is that all my just debts
and funeral expenses be met and dewly paid by my executors here
after named, and as touching the Remainder of my worldly
estate...
Imprims I give to my eldest sun John Wilsun my
great bibell
Item I give to my sun Samuel Wilsun my
best beed and one bedsted fether bolster and pillow curtains and
vallions bedroap[?], my best kersie[?] blanket and best coverlid
with one pair of sheets and one of my best swine and a
gun and a paire of wenors[?] loombs with so much of the
tackling propper to said loombs as did belonge unto mee.
Item I give to my dagter Mary Filly the use of a cow duering her
natural life, then to be devided among her children.
Item I give to my graundsun Jobe, who has lived with me five pounds
in mony to be paid to him by my execitor when he shall coom to
the age of twenty one years, but in case he dy before he arives
thereunto, then said five pounds shall be equally devided among
my five children John, Samuel, Elizabeth, Mary, and Abigaill
or thare legall representatives.
Item my will is that my sun Samuel Wilsun shall have my house
and homested in Winsor which formorly was Nicolas Sentions[?]
to be and remaine to him his heaiers and assigns, for ever,
but it is to be understood I give to my sun Samuel clearly
but one fifth part of the sd housing and land, and tharefore he
shall pay what I am now behind of the purchas money for said
houseing and land which I suppose is about teen pounds which
being taken out of the inventory price so Samuell shall
pay one fifth part of the remainder to his brother John Wilson
one fifth part to his sister Elizabeth Wilcocks one fifth part to
his sister Mary Filly one fifth part to his sister Abygaiel Allford
all to be paid within eighteen moneths after my decease
and furthe my will is that if my sun Samuel doth at any
time make salle of sd houseing and land his brother John Wil
sun shall have it paying tharefor as another would give
Further my will is that the rest of my estate boath reall
and persunal be equally devided amongst my five children
above named, finally I dooe constetute make and ordaine
my two suns John and Samuell Wilsun
executors of this my last will and testament.
And I dooe heareby utterly revok and disanull
all and every other formor testaments wills bequeths
and _____ by me any ways before named willed
and bequethed rattyfying and conferming this and
no other to be my last will and testament in witness
whareof I have heareunto set my hand and
seall the day and year within written
