This Indenture made the 2nd day of December in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty nine between
W H Creamed of the County of Coweta of the one part and
Sarah Rigsby of the County of Coweta of the other part
Witnesseth That the said W H Creamed for and in considera
tion of the sum of Nine hundred dollars in hand paid
at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained
gold aliened conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
doth grant bargain sell alien confirm and convey unto
the said Sarah Rigsby her heirs and assigns all that part
or parcel of land court and will one hundred acres more or
less situate and lying in the second district of said
County and being parts of the Eastern portion of lot twenty
eight 28 and the Western portion of lot twenty nine 1271
being all the land now owned by W H Creamed North of
the old McIntosh wood said land bounded on the North
by lands of James Stephenson and J T Kerby on the East
by lands of Daniel Jacobs and on West by land of S J
Thompson To Have and to Hold the said bargained
premises with all and singular the rights members and
appurtenances thereto appertaining to the only proper use
benefit and behoof of her the said Sarah Rigsby her heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
and the said W H Creamed the said bargained premises
unto the said Sarah Rigsby her heirs executors admin
istrators and assigns against the said W H Creamer
his heirs executors and administrators and against
all and every other person or persons shall and will
Warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents
In witnes whereof the said W H Creamed has here
unto set his hand affixed seal and delivered there
presents the day and year first above written

Sarah Rigsby to B J Thompson
This Indenture made the 12th day of December in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty
five between Sarah Rigsby of the County of Coweta of the one
part and B F Thompson of the County of Coweta of the
other part Witnesseth That the said Sarah Rigsby for and in
consideration of the sum of Three Hundred and thirty five
dollars in hand paid at or before the sealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted
bargained sold aliened conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents does grant bargain sell alien convey and confirm
unto the said B T Thompson his heirs and assigns all
that tract or parcel of land containing one hundred acres
more or less situate and lying in the second Dist of said
County and being part of the eastern portion of lot twenty eight 28
and the western portion of lot twenty nine 29 being the land
bought by Sarah Rigsby from W H Croweld and lying North of
old McGulock road said land bounded on North by lands
of James Stevenson J T Kirby on East by lands of Daniel
Jacobs and on West by the land of J J Thomson
To Have and to Hold The said bargained premises with all
and singular the rights members and appurtenances
thereto appertaining to the only proper use benefit and behoof
of him the said B F Thompson his heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple
and the said Sarah Riggs by the said bargained premises unto
the said B T Thompson his heirs executors administrators and
assigns against the said Sarah Rigsby her heirs executors
and administrators and against all and every other
person or persons shall and will warrant and forever
refered by virtue of these presents the day and year first above
written

says that he saw Sarah Rigsby sign seal and deliver the
