This Indenture made the 13th day of January in the year of
our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Five
Between John H Rigsby of the County of Coweta of the one
part and Hardaway Hunter of the County of Coweta of the
other part Witnesseth that the said John T for and in
consideration of the sum of Five Hundred and Ninety three
Dollars in hand paid at or before the sealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
has granted bargained sold aliened Conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents and assigns all the right title and interest to the lands
belonging to the estate of W B Denis Which E W Denis
has or had under by virtue of the will of the said W B Denis
both as one of the family of W B Denis and as one of the
distributed under said will with the right to well and
occupy so much land as the said E W Denis Might use as one
of the family untill the time to divide the same according to the
provisions of said will and then receive the part the said
E W Denis would have been entitled to receive if had not
heretofore conveyed the Same to me the said John T Rigsby
who the part contains twenty two acres more or less and
also all the right title and interest which John T Denis has in
the lands belonging to the estate of J B Denis under and by the will
of said W B Denis as one of the distributees under said will being
about twenty two acres more or less with the right in the said Hardaway
Hunder to occupy and use so much of said land as the said John J Dennis
might use as one of the family if he had not heretofore hansfered the Care to
me John T Rigley until the time of the division according to the provisions of
said will and on said divison to have and receive the part and portion of said
land willed to the said John J Denis about twenty two acres more or less by
in said Will To have and to hold the said bargained premises with all and Singular
the rights members and appurtenances thereto appertaining to the only proper use
benefit and behoof of Hardaway Hunter their heirs executors administrators and
assigns in fee simple And the said John T Rigsby the Said bargained premises unto
the said Hardaway Hunter their heirs executors administrators and assigns against
the said John T Rigsby his heirs executors and administrators and against all and
every other person or persons Shall and will Warrant and forever defend
by virtue of these presents In witness whereof the said John ss Kigsby
has hereunto set his hand affixed his seal and delivered Just presents
the day and year first above written
