Deed 1686-03-02, Edward Mumford, planter, conveying to Thomas Stone and Dennis Garrett
the 100-acre tract "Long Island Point" on the northwest branch on north side of Patapsco River,
adjoining to land of Alexander Mountney. Witness Oliver Haile, Clerk Thomas Hedge.
Bond 1686-03-02 Edward Mumford, planter, obligated himself to Thomas Stone and Dennis Garrett
for 20,000 pounds of tobacco as surety for performance in deed of same date.
