They are supposed to have had a son Lewis, but I can't find any record of him. He must have died young.

Comanche is next to Hamilton Co, where Shepherd was in 1876. He died about 1880.
This John Rigsby also lived in Comanche Co at the time. He had two sons I can't account for. Either of them could be the husband of the above M. But I have not found a Comanche Co marriage record for either of the sons, or for any Rigsby to a wife whose name starts with M.
In the above census entry, the places for M do not match those for A P Kelley or his wife. They do match the W G Bivins age 39 in the next family. She may belong in that household instead. However, she is supposed to have been born in AR.
