Notes:

from a RootsWeb entry for Robert Hughey, apparently a brother of this Henry:

The name "Hughey" is a Brythonic word meaning "fire." According to legend, it was the name adopted by the four surviving sons of the assassinated King of Mercia. After the king's murder, they fled Mercia for Scotland. Subsequently, the Hugheys of Scotland migrated to Ireland and then from Scotland and Ireland to the Americas, Australia, and NewZealand.
