If it is true that Elizabeth named each of her sons with his father's surname, Francis' father was
probably the Tully F Frank who lived in Chatham Co. Tully was only one page away from Elizabeth's
father Luke on the 1830 census.
Unfortunately, since Francis had no sons he did not pass down his Y-chromosome, and DNA testing will
not show if Tully is his father.
