LDS site says he was married 1625 and died 1703. I originally had the marriage as 1620, but I don't know where I got that. I'm switching to 1625 for now.

Many sources say he was born 1606 in NJ but this doesn't make sense to me. I'm assuming that he was born in England, and immigrated in the early 1620s.
