He seems to have lived in MD, but apparently was never on a census.
There were a lot of Rigby families living in MD before 1800, but I don't see any named Stanislaus.
There was a John Rigsby in Somerset Co MD in 1744 who is a very good possibility for Stanislaus' father or grandfather.
He might be related to Isaac.
I have not been able to find his wife's name.
Did he have a son Francis c1777?
Did he have a daughter Charlotte who married in Washington DC 1823-11-20 Edward Speakes?
Did he have a daughter Sarah who married Lemuel Coleman?
