I Mary Price of Ann Arundell County in the Proviince aforesaid
Widdow being Sick and weake of Body but of perfect Disposing mind
& memory Revoking Disannulling & utterly making Void all
Every other Will, Willis Testament & Testaments by me heretofore made
Do make Ordaine & Appoynt this present Writing to be [inserted: forever (?)] hereafter
taken held & deemed as my Last will & Testament in manner and
form following viz:
Imp My Will & mind is that the money which I have [inserted: now] Lodged in the
hands of Francis Waston [?] Merchant in London being by his acct
Currt will appear Twenty one three shillings & Fivepence Be by
my Execs hereafter Named applyed to & for the Purchase of so as
much Land as the same will Pay for & that the Title of such
Land so Purchased shall shall be made to the only proper use & Behoofes [?]
of my Two Sons John & Thomas Price & their Heires & assignees for
ever.
Secondly I Give & Bequeath to my daughter Rachell
one Negro man named Tomm & one of the Feather Beds & fur=
niture that is now in my Lodging Roome and also one fourth
part of all my Pewter.
Thirdly I Give & Bequeath unto my
Daughter Hannah one Negro woman named Kate & one of ye
Feather Beds & Furniture that is now in my Lodging Roome and also
one fourth part of all my Pewter.
Fourthly I Give & Bequeath
unto my Grand Daughter Mary Carr my chest of Drawers.
Fifthly I assigne & give unto my friend Edward Parish Senr all
my Right Title Claime & Interest which I now have or hereafter may
have to my mother Isabell Caples Estate by Virtue of her Last will &
Testament the better to Inable him to Discharge the just Debts of my
aforesaid mother Isabell Caple Depending that it in Kindness to my chil=
dren will be according to the Profits that he makes thereof but that I
Leave wholly to his Discretion.
Sixthly I Give & Bequeath to my son Thomas Price
one Feather Bed Rug & Blanketts belonging thereto which
now stands in the outer Roome.
Seventhly I give & Bequeath unto my son Benjamin Price
that feather Bed & what Covring now Belongs whereto which is
in the truckly Bedstead in my Roome.
Eighthly I give & Bequeath unto my following sons & Daugh=
ters viz:Stephen & Mordecai Price, Leah Forde & Elizabeth
Carr the sume of five shillings each

Lastly I Constitute & appoint my son Steven Price & my son
in Law Thomas Carr to be whole & sole Execs of this my last
Will & Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett
my hand & Seale this 8th day of the third month Commonly
called May in the Yeare of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundd
and Eighteene.
Ninthly after all my just Debts & Legacys be pd I Bequeath
all the remaining part of my whole Estate be the same of
what Kind or Value soever unto my two Daughters Mary &
Sarah Price to be equally Divided between them.
