It looks like she was d/o John Lemmons + Mary (unknown) who were two pages from Paul Rigsby on the 1860 census. The marriage record gives her name as Lammond, but there isn't a Lammond family in Carroll Co TN or nearby.
There is a Sarah T "Lemonds" the right age in neighboring Henry Co TN, though.
On the 1870 census John is still in Carroll Co, but he is Lammonds.
