A web site that no longer exists gave her death date as 1935-11-13, and her marriage date to Maggard Ritchie as 1902-03-xx. It also showed Maggard with three wives, the other two being Mary Ann Young and Sarah Patrick. It also gave (presumably) all of Maggard's children.
The web site where I got Maggard's parents' names from says he married Bethena about 1881, Mary Ann about 1887, and Sarah about 1902.
On the 1900 census, Maggard's wife is Mary Ann (married 13 years), and on the 1910 census his wife is Sarah (married 8 years).
Apparently the first site is wrong about Bethena's marriage date. If it is correct about her death date, she must have divorced Maggard between 1883 and 1887.
Another one said she married 1897 Henry Reed. I can't find a Bethena Reed on the 1900 census.
