Another researcher has sent me a copy.

I give my son Matthew Williams two cows.
I give my son Robert Williams two cows.
I give my son Jeremiah Williams five shillings no more.
I give my son Mastin Williams five shillings no more.
I wish all the rest of my estate be sold as my executor shall think proper. The money arising, together
with the money arising from the sale of my crops & collection of my debts I wish & desire to be laid out
in negroes. Such negroes when purchased I lend to my five daughters during their natural lives and
after their deaths to be equally divided among their children. To wit Polly Shelton, Nancy Collings,
Patsy Coller, Sally Hutcherson, Peggy Johnston.
I appoint my son Robert Williams and my son-in-law Collier Hutcherson executors.

So Edward Nugent did indeed have a daughter Frances who married a Thomas Williams, but was that this Frances? Edward lived in Fauquier Co, but my Thomas Williams lived in Charlotte Co. They are a long way apart.

Note that Edward left Negroes to his daughter Frances Williams in 1791. When this Frances died in 1806 she instructed that her estate be sold, and the money be used to buy Negroes. That would not make sense if she already owned Negroes.
