being of sound mind and memory, do make publish
and declare this to be my last will and testament
to wit
First All my just debts and funeral expences
shall be first fully paid
Second I give devise and bequeath all my
household goods to my nephew Frank V Pritchard
Third I give devise and bequeath all the rest
residue and remainder of my estate to my
nephew Frank V Pritchard and William M
Rigsby share and share alike.
Fourth I nominate and appoint my said nephew
Frank V Pritchard to be the executor of this my last
will and testament hereby revoking all former wills
by me made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand and seal the 13th day of February AD 1904
