I Kearney Riggsbee of the County and State aforesaid being weak
in body, but sound in mind memory and understanding, praise be
to god for the same, do make this my last Will and testament,
in manner and form following.

Item 1st I give all my personal Estate to my son James A
Riggsbee, and my daughters K E S H and Miley D Riggsbee,
share and share alike to have and to hold unto them and their
heirs, in fee simple forever.

Item 2nd I give and bequeath to my Daughters Kiddy E
Susy H and Miley D Riggsbee all the tract of land
whereon I now reside containing sixty three acres more or less,
share and share alike to have and to hold unto them and their
heirs in fee simple forever.

Item 3rd I give and bequeath to my son James A Riggsbee
all that tract of land known as lot No 7 in the distribution of
Jesse Yates land, which was drawn by Nancy Maynard. Contain-
23 acres more or less, to have and to hold unto him and his
heirs in fee simple forever.

Item 4th I give and devise to my sons H B and A J Riggsbee
all that piece or parcel of land known as the piece my wife
Eliza drawed from her father's Estate containing 29 acres more
or less, share and share alike, to have and hold unto them and
their heirs in fee simple forever, and I do nominate constitute
and appoint my friend L D Baucum my lawful Executor to
execute this my Last Will and Testament according to the true meaning
of the same, hereby revoking all Wills heretofore made by me.

In witness whereof I the said Kearney Rigsbee do hereunto
set my hand and seal this 3rd day of February A D 1881.
