I'm fairly sure this is the Henry who married Sarah Jones, but I don't have proof.

He served in the Civil War (Confederate), 16th IN infantry Co K.
He enlisted 1862-01-19 and mustered in 1862-08-19.

Delaware Co IN deeds p457

This indenture witnesseth, that Sarah Rigsby and Henry Rigsby
her husband of Delaware County, in the State of Indiana convey
and warrant to Timothy C Stewart of Delaware County in the State of
Indiana for the sum of Two Hundred Dollars, the following
Real Estate, in Delaware County, in the State of Indiana to-wit:
The entire estate, interest, and title of said Sarah Rigsby formerly
Jones, in & to the following described Real Estate, to-wit: All of
the North West quarter of section Twenty Eight (28) in Township
Twenty (20) north of Range nine (9) East, except that part of the
East half of the East half of said quarter section which lies north
of the I P & C Raliroad containing 33 acres more or less; and except also
the following described tract to-wit: commencing at the South
West corner of said North West quarter of said Section, running
thence North 40 rods, thence East 120 rods, then South 40 rods, thence
West 120 rods, containing about 97 acres; the interest hereby conveyed
being Eleven ninetieths of the wholy 97 acres above described.
In witness thereof, the said Sarah Rigsby and Henry Rigsby
her husband have hereunto set their hands and seals this 18th day
of September 1867.
