He first married (name unknown) and had 4 children: Jane, Elizabeth,
Nancy Ann, & Will. George married secondly Elizabeth Moore 15 Jan 1833 in
Ripley Co., IN. They had 2 daughters, Margaret (b. 1834 Jefferson Co., IN) and
Lydia Ann often called Letty (b abt 1836 IN). George was accidentally killed with a
slingshot, probably between 1836 and 1841.
