According to "The Warfields of Maryland" by Joshua Dorsey Warfield:
He paid 3000 lbs of tobacco for a tract of land called "Wayfield", part of a survey in the name of Nicholas Wyatt.
In 1674 he got title to a tract called "Warfield's Right", adjoining "Wayfield".
He later obtained tracts called "The Increase" and "Addition".

Addition"; also dwelling plantation at marriage or death of dau. Ellinor.
