I Mrs Cora Rigsby of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and
memory do make this my last will and testament
Item one
I give bequeath and devise to my daughter Mrs Cora Mae Rigsby Bullington of Atlanta
Georgia my house and lot at twenty one Second Avenue in the City of Newnan Coweta County
Georgia to be hers in fee simple
Item Two
I give bequeath and devise to my daughter Mrs Olive Rigsby Avery of Newnan Georgia
my house and lot at eleven Third Street in the City of Newnan Coweta County Georgia to be
hers in fee simple
Item Three
I hereby direct that my executor hereinafter named sell my house at eight Third Street
in the City of Newnan Coweta County Georgia the proceeds of which is to be divided among
my three sons as follows
To my son Land Rigsby of Tifton Georgia R F D I give twenty two per cent of the
sale price of this house and lot
To my son Mack Rigsby of Augusta Georgia I give thirty one per cent of the sale
price of this house and lot
To my son Paul Rigsby of Tifton Georgia I give forty seven per cent of the sale
price of this house and lot
Item Four
I give bequeath and devise to my daughter Mrs Olive Rigsby Avery all of my household
and kitchen furniture and also all the rest and residue of my estate absolutely and in fee
simple
Item Five
I hereby constitute and appoint my daughter Mrs Olive Rigsby Avery the sole executrix
of this my last will and testament and I expressly confer upon her power as such to
administer my estate excusing her from giving any bond or filing any inventory or making
any returns to any court and I hereby expressly confer upon her as such power and authority
to sell any part of my estate either at public or private sale with or without notice and
without the order of any court
