I, W E Riggsbee, of Portland, Tennessee...
First I direct that all my just debts be paid out of the first money
that comes into the hands of my executrix, including my burial expenses.
Second I give and bequeath to my wife Martha Elizabeth Riggsbee all
of my property, both real and personal that I may die seized and possessed of.
Third I hereby nominate my wife, Martha Elizabeth Riggsbee to be my
executrix and direct that she be allowed to wind up and make settlement of my
estate with out bond.
In witness whereof I do this day set my hand and will, this the 12th
day of May 1920.
