On the 1900 census neither is there, but Sarah Methvin has brother Martin P 1852-04-xx.
On the 1870 census W C is with Sarah, but is age 24.

Sarah and Martin are children of Isaac 1808 + Ann 1810; that family had William c1840, Meriwether c1844, and Martin c1852.
Watson was 7 years younger than Ida, so W C is probably more likely to be Ida's husband unless he is the same as Martin.
