I suspect the extra males are Mary's siblings Simeon Hinds 19 and Joseph Hinds 24.
Their parents died in 1820 and 1822, and all the other siblings were married by 1830. There are unidentified people living with the other married siblings, but none fits the age pattern as well as this entry.
