This to certify to my friends that My Will and Wishes that my Wife may Have ever thing that I
oue (sic) Her life time her widow hood and then I Want Dicy Hall and Laura E. leffus children
and T. A. Riggsbee (,) Eter violet (,) clarey Riggsbee and Mary Riggsbee (,) Zeldy Riggsbee (,)
Laura Leffew's children is to only to have Hur (sic) part of the little mite that I have. I Want 100
feet Square Reserved at the graveyard and a rite (sic) of Way too and from the graveyard for the
Benefit of ther (sic) family. I want T. A. Riggsbee to have the land that I got from foster at valuation.
with out the value of the improvements if thare (sic) is eney (sic) on it he will put it on thar (sic) and
at my deth (sic) ther (sic) Mamey (?) is to have the benefit of all as long as she lives single life and
the children has it as they Become 21 years old.
