I Richard Bond of Baltimore County
in the province of Maryland being weak in body but of perfect mind and memory
do hereby make my last will and Testament in form and manner following

First I give and bequeath
unto my son Richard Bond Fifty Acres of Land adjoining to William Andersons
tract and also a Negro boy named Jacob with a feather bed and everything
apportaining thereunto

Item I give and bequeath to my son John Bond
Eighty Acres of Land on Middle Ridge to begin at seventy perches from the beginning
Trees

Item I give and bequeath to my son Shadrach Bond Seventy Acres of Land
on Round about to begin at the Bounded trees.

Item I give and bequeath unto my
son Nicodemus Bond all the residue of the Land after my other sons have had their
respective parts allowed them.

Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ruth
Gott a Negro woman named Dinah but her increase to be divided at three years
of age among the remainder part of my unmarried daughters as far as each
daughter to have one child and the other plus to be the property of the said Ruth
Gott.

Item I give devise and bequeath unto Jemima Ensor the first child that the
said Negro Dinah shall be delivered of when it arrives at the abovesaid age of
three years and also that for the said Jemima Ensor have the Bed in the little
Room with the furniture thereunto belonging.

Item I give and bequeath unto
Mary Bond my Daughter a Negro girl named Flora but on conditions the above
Negro Dinah does not produce children enough for [inserted: each of] the unmarried Daughters then
an equal part to be allowed those out of the value of the said Negro Flora and
I also bequeath unto my aforesaid Daughter Mary Bond the Bed with all the
furniture apportaining thereunto

Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter
Anne Constanty a Negro girl called Rachel but on the conditions that if any
Defficiency should happen that the younger daughters should not be equivalent
than that Defficiency to be made good out of the value of the two Negroes named
Flora and Rachel.

Item I give and bequeath unto Phillip and John Pindoll sons of John
Pindoll and Eleanor his wife the sum of one shilling sterling each to be paid by my Executors
in six months after my decease.

Item I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Pindoll the
daughter of the abovesaid John Pindoll and Eleanor his wife One heifer big with calf to be
delivered to her at six months after my decease.

Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter
Elizabeth Cole the sum of two pounds Pennsylvania Currency to be paid twelve months
after my decease

and as for what stock of grain and tobacco is in procured and what
grain is in the [inserted: ground] if sufficient to discharge my just and lawful debts if not to be deducted
out of my personal estate and after every article is fullfilled adjusted and settled
according to this my last will and Testament I gve and bequeath the overplus to my
six Daughters namely my daughters Mary Bond, Jemima Ensor, Phebe Bond, Sarah
Bond, Helen Bond, and Margaret Bond and I do also constitute and appoint my son
Nicodemus Bond and Richard Gott to be Executors of this my last will and testament
