Whereas, by Ind dated 1744-11-04, Bromfield Long conveyed to his son, Reubin Long, in fee simple, 118 1/2 a in Spots Co, which sd tract of land was afterwards conveyed by the sd Broomfield Long to his daughters, Mary [the lower dividend] and Sarah [the upper dividend], now in consideration of the sum of L25 the sd Thomas Vaun [who intermarried with the sd Sarah, daughter of the sd Broomfield Long] and Sarah, his wife, convey to the sd Donally, the sd tract of land in Spots Co afsd, given the sd Sarah by her father, the sd Broomfield Long, etc. etc.

I Bloomfield Long.....give to my sons William, Bloomfield, John, Benjamin, and Henry Long each one shilling sterling as their full share of my estate. I give to my son owing [sic] Long, a three year’s old bay horse coalt branded B and as to the rest of my estate be it of what nature or kind so ever after my just debts are paid I give to my loving wife, Mary Long, to enable her to support and bring up my young children and I do leave her executrix of this my will. Witness my hand and seal this—day of March 1762
