Item: Give plantation where I now live called 'Cottrells Purchase' 100 acres, be as equally divided between dear wife Elizabeth Cottrell and daughter Isabella Cottrell..wife to have first choice and after her decease to be my daughter Sarah Cottrell and her heirs..
Item: Give to daughter Isabella Cottrell when she becomes of age of 16 years 50 acres of land of the plantation called 'Cottrell's Purchase' after my wife Elizabeth has made her choice
Item: Give to my daughter Elizabeth Cottrell alias Elizabeth Perkins wife of William Perkins 20 shillings
