Maryland, Liber 41, folio 429-430:
"Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Dinah Penn: third of my estate during her life;
Charles Penn: one schilling sterling and no more of my estate;
Edward Penn: one schilling sterling and no more of my estate;
Jane Murphey: cow and calf and sorrel horse and no more;
Joseph Penn: feather bed;
Mary Penn: Negro girl named Airy and cow and calf;
Benjamin Penn: 5,000 weight of tobacco and cow and calf;
Shadrack Penn: dwelling Plantation to him and his heirs forever;
Sarah Penn: a Negro girl named Rachel and a feather bed and furniture;
