Radliff and her husband William Radliff, Francis Womack and her husband Calvin Womack, Clarisa Aymix

names, number and residences are unknown.

Jessee Maberry died intestate in Jackson Co. TN in the year 18[the year is unreadable because of
darkening of the paper, but I think it is blank. -bp].

Petitioners J. B. Maberry, Rhoda Gentry, Henry Maberry, J. M. Maberry, Stanton Maberry, Elizabeth
Bartlett, Margarett Bartlett, J. B. Maberry and Davis Maberry are children of the said Jese Maberry, dec'd,
and as such are entitled to a one eleventh undivided share or interest in said land. Lawrence and
Leonard Maberry are both minors without general guardian and are sons of W. J. Maberry, dec'd, who
was a son of the said Jesse Maberry, dec'd . . . Elizabeth Radliff, Francis Womack, Clarissa Aymix, Eliza
Pendergrass and Preston Maberry are children of George Maberry, dec'd, who was a son of said Jesse
Maberry, dec'd. They reside in the State of Missouri. William Maberry, another son of said George
Maberry, is [deceased, and his] heirs and their names and residences are unknown to complainants.


They ask that the land of Jesse Maberry, dec'd, be sold and the net funds from the sale be divided
among the heirs. -bp.

Summary: the Clerk and Master sold the land known as the Matilda Maberry, dec'd, homestead and
Dower tract of land, containing about 286 acres, to Nathan Judd for $791.
