John Coale of Baltimore County
300 acres by virtue of Warrant 3 September 1724, land called "Cole's Chance",
lying in the aforesaid county lying on the south side of the Main Falls of
Gunpowder River beginning at bounded red oak and white oak, standing on the
north side of a run called the Western Run. Granted 21 March 1728.
