Sledge has her last name as Biggerstaff, but I'm not at all sure that's right. I found a large book about the Biggerstaffs. It has Araminta Willoughby marrying a Biggerstaff, but not Anthony. There is no Elizabeth of 1757 listed. There were two immigrants who came to VA. Both had children in the 1740s. None of those children could have had a child in 1757.
Since Sledge has her born in KY, it's possible she is from a completely different Biggerstaff line than the one in VA. It seems strange that the book wouldn't have at least some mention of the other family.

This page says that she was a daughter of Samuel Biggerstaff 1720 Essex ENG + Elizabeth Moore 1723 Essex ENG. This is the only place I've seen a daughter Elizabeth for Samuel.
His will names 5 children, not including Elizabeth.
