I think Glen is Charity's son. She is marked divorced, but it also says she has had no children. Her mother Mary has had 6 children, 4 still living. The 4 living would be Charity, Nora, Frances, and Lulu, so Glen is not son of Mary. Zaccius, who has died, wouldn't really be old enough to have a son born 1895. Thus, Glen must be son of Charity. Presumably Charity changed Glen's last name to Clampit after the divorce.
