I, E M Riggsbee of the 15th Civil District of Sumner Co Tenn...

First I want all my just debts and burial expenses paid.

2nd I desire all the land that I may be seized and possessed of at the time
of my death on the east side of large gully near old residence known as Pond land
and Cuhn land and a part of old home place to belong to my brother Guy Burton
Riggsbee during his natural life and then to his daughter Leweese Riggsbee.

3rd My personal property and remainder of the land that I have 1/2 interest
in to my wife (provided I should marry) during her natural life and at her death
to my brother Guy Burton Riggsbee during his life and at his death to his
daughter Leweese Riggsbee.

4th In the event I do not marry I want all my property both personal and
real to go to my brother Guy Burton Riggsbee during his natural life and at his
death to his daughter Leweese.

5th I appoint T B Warren as executor without bond of this my last will
and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Dec 23 1921.
