I, Henry C Riggsbee...
Item 1 I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be
paid by my executrix hereinafter named out of the first property that comes
into her hands.
Item 2 I give devise and bequeath all of my estate both real and personal
of which I may die siezed and posessed of every character and kind wheresoever
located to Mrs Annie Riggsbee Appling, Elizabeth Riggsbee Gilbert and Guy Vernon
Riggsbee to share and share alike.
Item 3 I hereby appoint Mrs Elizabeth R Gilbert executrix of this my
last will and testament and clothe the said Elizabeth Riggsbee Gilbert with
power to sell and make title to any real estate I posess at my death.
Subscribed my name this 23rd day of July 1945.
