I can't find this James anywhere on the 1870 census.
On the 1860 census this James is in Randolph Co AR with his parents.
But I don't know why he would have gone back to TN from AR.
Also, the fact that the above entries have James' father born TN instead of SC is suspicious.
Trees at Ancesty say James who married Filena was s/o Laborn, but offer no proof.
